An interactive tour guide and case study for further development of the digital strategy of the Estonian National Art Museum. This mobile app entices users as a gamified audioguide, while acting as a device for collecting customer feedback and testing indoor navigation technologies.
In the near future, it should also act acting as a marketing and merchandising channel, analytics platform, and customer retention program.
